Derwent House is a two storey unassuming and typical 1960's office building in West Ealing. The project encompasses the refurbishment/alteration/external remodelling/landscaping of the site with the addition of an extension at roof level & the provision of a new glazed entrance hall at Ground floor level.

Full planning consent has been obtained on the basis that the new design, remodelling and landscape are designed to enhance the character of the building and improve the street scene with a fully sustainable design approach utilising passive cross ventilation, shading through landscape features and the consideration for a photovoltaic system and solar energy panels.
