Project: New hotel
Location: Elstree, Hertfordshire

This project involved major extensions to an existing hotel building to form a new flagship hotel for this international hotel company. The new accommodation included 100 bedrooms, fully equipped leisure centre including swimming pool, business, conference and catering facilities, and the existing single storey accommodation was completed refurbished and upgraded to provide a further 60 bedrooms.

The new hotel is sited in a prominent location immediately adjacent to major routes into and out of London. The client's requirement was for a building that could serve both leisure and business guests to an equally high standard, and the accommodation has since been extended to provide state of the art IT business facilities.
